Easy mushroom pork chops

Ingredients
4 boneless pork chops
Salt
Pepper
Garlic powder
1 can (10.75oz) Cream of mushroom
1 can mushroom
Butter
Onion
½ beef broth cube
2/3 cup water
A dash of Mrs. Dash seasoning

Procedure

  1. Season pork chops with salt, pepper and garlic powder. You may cut-up the pork chops to large strips to cut cooking time.
  2. Dissolve beef broth cube in 2/3 cup of water. Set aside.
  3. Brown chops in a skillet. Add onion and mushrooms and sauté in butter.
  4. Add cream of mushroom and beef broth.
  5. Cover and simmer chops until meat is tender. About 30minutes.
  6. Stir occasionally.
  7. Add a dash of Mrs. Dash seasoning before serving!

Variations:
You may also use boneless, skinless chicken thighs instead of pork chops.
