Ingredients
4 boneless pork chops
Salt
Pepper
Garlic powder
1 can (10.75oz) Cream of mushroom
1 can mushroom
Butter
Onion
½ beef broth cube
2/3 cup water
A dash of Mrs. Dash seasoning
Procedure
- Season pork chops with salt, pepper and garlic powder. You may cut-up the pork chops to large strips to cut cooking time.
- Dissolve beef broth cube in 2/3 cup of water. Set aside.
- Brown chops in a skillet. Add onion and mushrooms and sauté in butter.
- Add cream of mushroom and beef broth.
- Cover and simmer chops until meat is tender. About 30minutes.
- Stir occasionally.
- Add a dash of Mrs. Dash seasoning before serving!
Variations:
You may also use boneless, skinless chicken thighs instead of pork chops.
You may add potatoes if you like. |
