Ingredients
2 Tbsp garlic, finely chopped
4 Cups water
2 pcs chicken broth cubes
½ cup chicken meat, sliced thinly
2 eggs, slightly beaten
Procedure
- Sauté garlic in oil over medium heat, until golden brown.
- Add water and bring to a boil.
- Add chicken broth cubes and chicken.
- Simmer until meat is cooked.
- Drizzle egg in a thin stream while stirring the soup continuously.
- Serve hot.
