1 lb. beef for stew, cut thinly
Butter
Onions, diced
1 can Cream of mushroom (10.75 oz)
Mushrooms (canned)
Sour cream
Precodure
- Brown beef in butter at medium heat.
- Add mushrooms and onions, and sauté in butter.
- Add cream of mushroom and bring to a boil.
- Set heat to low. Simmer until beef is tender, stirring occasionally (about 1 ½ hours).
- Add about 2-3 tablespoons of sour cream just before serving.
