Beef stoganoff

1 lb. beef for stew, cut thinly
Butter
Onions, diced
1 can Cream of mushroom (10.75 oz)
Mushrooms (canned)
Sour cream

Precodure

  1. Brown beef in butter at medium heat.
  2. Add mushrooms and onions, and sauté in butter.
  3. Add cream of mushroom and bring to a boil.
  4. Set heat to low. Simmer until beef is tender, stirring occasionally (about 1 ½ hours).
  5. Add about 2-3 tablespoons of sour cream just before serving.
